Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

International Orders: Kindly note that Allure County is not responsible for covering any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued for international orders in cases where customs fees have not been paid.

Lost Packages: After your order has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or DHL for delivery, Allure County cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. Nevertheless, we are committed to supporting you in the process of filing a claim with the respective shipping carrier to recover your lost packages. We will provide our utmost assistance to ensure a resolution is reached.
